This forms a low mound of light green leaves, with an early spring display of pea-like flowers bicolored with soft pink and rose. Combines beautifully with Primula, Pulmonaria and other woodland perennials, as well as any of the spring flowering bulbs. Prefers a moist, partly shaded site that does not dry out.
