Upright stems appear in spring, bearing huge umbrella-shaped green leaves boldly marked with bronze and creamy silver. Mature plants develop clusters of burgundy-red flowers that produce yellow fleshy fruits. Best in a woodland garden with rich, moist soil. Unusual and rare.
