It forms a bushy mound or tuft of small, ferny green leaves, bearing loads of small soft-blue flowers for weeks on end. Trim plants back by half in midsummer to encourage repeat blooming in the autumn. Short-lived but usually will self seed in a gentle way. Drought tolerant once established.
