This is an easy rock garden plant for acidic conditions, where it will even self-sow. Also perfect for between flagstones and as a groundcover. Prefers evenly moist soil and acidic conditions. Beautiful with spring-blooming bulbs of all sorts, especially when used to carpet below daffodils or tulips.
