Hosta are among the most popular of perennials for shady areas, with hundreds of varieties now readily available. Plants form sturdy mounds of foliage, topped with lily-like blooms. This smaller selection has pointy leaves speckled and streaked with green and cream. Lavender flowers appear in July. Ideal for the shady rock garden, for edging or in containers. Clumps may be easily divided in the spring or fall. A sport of ‘Allegan Fog', introduced by Q&Z Nursery.
