(=‘Buttercup’) This selection is a lower growing Speedwell, best suited for use in the rock garden, or for edging perennial borders. Plants form a compact, mounding clump of rich golden-yellow leaves, contrasting beautifully with the bright-blue flowers in late spring. Trim plants back after blooming. Foliage becomes chartreuse in partial shade. Also worth considering for use in mixed containers, the foliage contrasting beautifully with other plants. USPP#13354: unlicensed propagation prohibited. Registered with COPF.
