Nepeta grandiflora ‘Pool Bank’
Blue Catmint |
USDA Zone: 4-9 |
Plant number: 1.375.130
Many selections of Catmint are now available. This British variety bears loads of rich blue flowers attached to purple-blue bracts, over a tall bushy mound of olive-green fragrant foliage. Trim plants back to about 6 inches right after blooming is finished, to keep plants compact and tidy. Excellent for cutting. Attractive to butterflies. An attractive blending shade, this plant is a good choice for pastel colour schemes, particularly combining well with shrub roses of all types. Plants are easily divided in spring or early fall.
