Geum ‘Starker’s Magnificum’
Plant number: 1.235.400
Also known as Avens, this offers a flash of hot colour for the early summer border. Plants form a low clump of coarse green leaves, with branching stems held above bearing medium-sized rounded flowers. This selection has apricot orange, double blooms. Remove faded flowers regularly to encourage more buds. Plants may be pruned back hard after blooming, to rejuvenate the foliage. Clumps should be divided every 3 to 4 years in spring or fall. Evergreen.
