The Border selections of Cranesbill Geranium are valuable fillers for colour in early to mid summer. This big, specimen-sized species forms a tall, wide mound of bold green foliage, bearing large magenta-purple flowers with a black eye. Remove faded flowers regularly to encourage more buds to form. Easily divided in spring or fall. Often has attractive red fall colour.
