Plant number: 1.415.070A remarkable breakthrough in Summer Phlox, this selection has leaves that emerge deep purple with lime-green veins in spring then later age to more of a bronzy purple-green. The clusters of flowers are bright cherry-red, emerging in midsummer. An outstanding border perennial but also worth trying in mixed containers. Excellent for cutting.
