Leucanthemum × superbum ‘Bridal Bouquet’
Plant number: 1.316.480(Formerly Chrysanthemum maximum) No sunny border or cottage garden would seem complete without the familiar presence of Shasta Daisies. This is an especially compact selection, with masses of lightly ruffled, double white flowers, each with a yellow button centre. Interestingly, the flowers emerge bright yellow but lighten to white as they mature. Excellent cut flower. Great for edging and in mixed containers. Removing faded flowers will greatly increase the blooming time. Divide plants in spring every 2 to 3 years to maintain vigour. Shasta Daisy is a well-behaved garden hybrid and should not be confused with the weedy Ox-eye Daisy (Leucanthemum vulgare). Introduced by Terra Nova Nurseries of Oregon. USPP#24260: unlicensed propagation prohibited. Registered with COPF. Further details for |
