Plant number: 1.105.310Bergenia are incredibly hardy, and reliably evergreen throughout nearly the entire continent. This selection forms a mound of large, leathery green leaves with wide streaky edges of creamy yellow, developing pink tones in autumn. Short stems of magenta-purple flowers rise above the foliage in mid spring. The variegated effect is most noticeable during the colder months. Nice for edging or massing as a groundcover.
